Ooops! South African footballer Mohammed Anas made a hilarious blunder during his man of the match speech.
Following the 2-2 draw with Ajax Cape Town on Friday, where he scored two goals for his side, Anas began by thanking God and then the club’s fans following his performance.
Things quickly took a turn for the worse for the 22-year-old, however, who hilariously then thanked his “wife and girlfriend”.
He said: “Thank you for this, I appreciate my fans. My wife and my girlfriend… I mean my wife, sorry.”

Anas stumbled for a second before realising his blunder, quickly clarifying he intended to thank his wife.
“I’m so sorry, my wife!” he exclaimed. “I love you so much from my heart.”
“Thanks for supporting me there is more to come,” he stuttered before the interview came to an end.
