Chelsea FC is through to the quarterfinals of the FA Cup with a 5-1 win over Manchester City at Stamford Bridge. The Blues took the lead on 35 minutes with Diego Costa heading home Eden Hazard’s cross but the lead was short-lived, David Faupala bundling home an equaliser less than two minutes later.

Chelsea came out for the second half with a purpose, Willian finishing off a quick counter to put Chelsea  up before Gary Cahill lashed home a third after City had failed to clear a Willian corner.

Hazard then capped a much-improved display by firing home a free kick while Oscar saw a penalty saved before substitute Bertrand Traore  grabbed a fifth late on with a looping header that sneaked in at the far post. The game ended 5-1 in Chelsea’s favour, leaving Manchester City, well and truly beat.
